About this event
Film Access Northumberland presents a special screening of The Art of Adventure, followed by an in-person conversation with director Alison Reid, moderated by acclaimed CBC radio documentarian, lawyer, and author Karin Wells. Discover the extraordinary story of Robert Bateman and Bristol Foster's 1957 expedition and how their journey helped inspire a lifetime of conservation through art and exploration. This special fundraising event supports FAN's First Takes youth filmmaking program, providing free filmmaking skills-building, mentorship, and creative opportunities for local high school students.
