Get ready to move and groove this summer - The Concerts in the Park series returns in June!  Brought to you by the Brighton Community Events Committee, it's time to enjoy live music under the open sky! Join us for live music by Steve Piticco & Friends! Wednesday, August 26, 2026 @ 6:30 p.m. in Memorial Park --- About Steve Piticco & Friends: Born in Toronto and making his home in Brighton, Steve has been playing guitar since the age of 11 years old. He hit the road with a band professionally at just 15 and never looked back.  Steve’s instruments of choice are the telecaster and acoustic guitar, though he’s adept at playing anything with strings.  Having received several awards through his years of being a professional musician on the road, Steve has said, “There is no feasible explanation for my abilities to play the guitar, except that it has to be from God.” His musical palette ranges from Old Classic Country to Gospel, Bluegrass, and Texas Swing. In his more than 45 years of playing music professionally, having had the privilege to play alongside his childhood music influences, Steve considers himself truly blessed.  -- The Concerts in the Park series takes place every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., from June 3 through August 26. In case of weather cancellation, rain days will be held on the following night - Thursdays @ 6:30 p.m. Please follow our social media and website for event updates!
