About this event
Becoming a member of the Capitol Circle means taking pride in supporting your local arts community and commitment to the well-being of the Capitol Theatre. Join us to learn about creating theatre, make new friends, and have a great time all while improving your “triple threat” skills. Our professional instructors will guide campers through the key aspects of live performance as the group works together to create a culminating performance for friends and family in our beautiful Sculthorpe Theatre. Each fun-filled week includes five exciting days exploring Singing, Dancing, Acting, and Art! Sign up for one, two, or all three weeks! Each week offers something unique with many different opportunities for skill building. For information on how to access geared-to-income fees, please contact kevin@capitoltheatre.com The Capitol Theatre welcomes individuals with disabilities to attend performances and other events at our facility. We are committed to providing accessible services in a manner that maintains the dignity and independence of all while providing equality of access and integration. The Capitol Theatre wishes to acknowledge the original caretakers of this land: the Wendake-Nionwentsio, the Mississauga, the Anishinabewaki, and many other nations–recorded and unrecorded. This theatre has a long history, but there is a much longer history in this region and we can all do a better job of recognizing that history. Open one hour prior to all live performances. Closed on statutory holidays.
