Additional Notes Communications Draft News Release On May 26, Enbridge Pipelines will conduct a planned emergency response exercise at Cobourg Creek, near Peace Park. The exercise will run from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and will include a safety briefing. This training exercise will involve the deployment of emergency response equipment to simulate the containment and recovery of a spill. It is part of Enbridge’s ongoing internal training program to maintain a high level of response readiness. Trained personnel will use specialized equipment, including containment booms, to practice on-water response techniques. No hazardous materials will be used at any time during the exercise.
